777ss Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777ss," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 777ss platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for providing the services described herein.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the 777ss platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 777ss website at 777ss.biz, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any related applications or services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by you on the 777ss platform.
• "Services" refers to all betting, casino gaming, instant games, live dealer games, promotional offerings, payment processing, and related features provided through the Platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency in which 777ss denominated account balances, wagers, and payouts are held and processed.
• "Wager" refers to any real-money bet placed on sports events, casino games, or any other outcome available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or loyalty rewards credited to an Account by 777ss, which are subject to separate wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are enabled on any 777ss Account.

To register and maintain an Account with 777ss, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. 777ss does not permit registration by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who are legally prohibited from gambling or betting under any applicable law are not eligible to register with 777ss.
3. You must not already hold an active Account with 777ss. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
4. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. 777ss reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided, including proof of identity, age, and source of funds.
5. You must register in your own legal name and with a Pakistani mobile number that you own and control. Registering with another person's identity or contact information is prohibited and constitutes fraud.

You are solely and wholly responsible for all activity that occurs on your 777ss Account. This responsibility is non-transferable and persists for the entire duration that your Account remains open.

• Credential Security: You must maintain the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 777ss will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777ss immediately at [email protected]. You remain responsible for all activity on your Account until you notify us and we have taken reasonable steps to secure it.
• Account Accuracy: You must keep your account information — including registered mobile number and contact details — current and accurate at all times. 777ss communications, including withdrawal confirmations and security alerts, are sent to your registered contact details.
• Personal Use Only: Your 777ss Account is strictly for your personal use. You may not operate your Account on behalf of any third party, nor may you allow any third party to place wagers through your Account.
• Device Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access your 777ss Account is free from malware, unauthorised remote access tools, or other software that could compromise your account security.

All financial transactions on the 777ss platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777ss supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit to your Account within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the initiating financial institution. 777ss does not charge deposit processing fees, but your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified personal account in your name. All accounts must complete KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Verified accounts requesting withdrawals via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are processed within three (3) business hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfers are typically processed within one (1) business day. 777ss reserves the right to request additional source of funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.

Bonus Funds: Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements and are not directly withdrawable unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Your main balance and bonus balance are displayed separately on your Account dashboard. Real money deposits are used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotional offer.

777ss offers various promotional incentives to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") that must be met before the Bonus balance or associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x") applied to the Bonus amount. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotional terms.
• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to eligible registered users as specified in the individual offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonus offers are limited to one per person, per household, and per IP address. Abuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings and account termination.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and free bets have expiry dates. Unclaimed or unused bonus credits that reach their expiry date will be automatically removed from your Account without notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table game variants may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotional terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Some promotional bonuses carry a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Where applicable, this limit is stated in the specific promotional terms.
• Modification & Withdrawal: 777ss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to your Account under the promotion will be honoured subject to applicable wagering requirements.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed and games played through the 777ss platform, including sports betting (cricket, PSL, international matches, UFC, and other covered events), live casino tables, RNG casino games, slot machines, fishing games, and instant titles:

• Bet Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event or game. For sports events, 777ss uses official governing body results as the final authoritative source. Any discrepancy between results published elsewhere and the official governing body result will be resolved in favour of the official result.
• Insufficient Funds: Wagers may only be placed if your Account holds sufficient main balance PKR to cover the full stake. Bets placed with Bonus Funds are governed by the terms of the relevant bonus offer.
• Voided Bets: 777ss reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) the wager was placed on an event that has already concluded; (b) technical errors resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (c) a wager was placed using exploited software vulnerabilities; or (d) the integrity of the underlying event is in question. Voided bets are refunded at stake value to the player's main Account balance.
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are specified per game or event category. 777ss is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of stated maximum payout limits regardless of the calculated payout of a successful wager.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds, game configurations, or promotional terms (including typographical errors, technical malfunctions, or human error), 777ss reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions at its sole discretion. "Obvious error" means an error that would have been reasonably apparent to any user at the time of the relevant transaction.
• Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome of the game in progress is determined by the server-side game state at the time of disconnection. 777ss is not responsible for disconnections resulting from your internet service provider, device, or network conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ss platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one 777ss Account per individual, household, or device.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit casino games, sports betting markets, or promotional offers in a manner not permitted by 777ss.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using dishonest means to claim promotional offers multiple times, or to circumvent wagering requirements.
• System Exploitation: Using software bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Money Laundering: Using the 777ss platform to launder proceeds of crime or to circumvent financial reporting obligations. 777ss complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals in respect of legitimate deposits or losses. Any confirmed fraudulent chargeback will result in permanent account closure and civil recovery proceedings.
• Underage Use: Accessing or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting any underage individual to access the platform.

777ss is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable users to manage their gambling activity in a healthy and informed manner. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and Conditions:

• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion from the 777ss platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon processing and may be set for periods of one week, one month, six months, one year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access your Account or create a new Account.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Users may set loss limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. When a loss limit is reached, the platform will not permit further wagering during the relevant period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set session time reminders to receive alerts when they have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your net session position (total wagered, total returned, net result) are available and can be enabled from Account settings.
• Age Verification: 777ss implements strict age verification procedures. Any individual who bypasses or attempts to bypass age verification will have their account permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, game mechanics, and other materials available on the 777ss Platform are either owned by or licensed to 777ss, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the 777ss Platform without our prior written consent; use any 777ss trademarks, logos, or brand elements without written authorisation; or systematically extract data from the Platform for commercial purposes including price comparison, odds aggregation, or data resale.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ss and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or Services.

777ss does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We provide the Platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall 777ss's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777ss Account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Closure by You: You may close your 777ss Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining main balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Closure by 777ss: 777ss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you have violated these Terms and Conditions; (b) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers; (c) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; or (d) we determine that you no longer satisfy the eligibility criteria for holding an Account.

Where an Account is closed by 777ss due to a breach of these Terms, forfeiture of all balances — including real-money deposits — may be applied at our sole discretion. Where an Account is closed for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to any breach by you, your verified main balance will be returned.

777ss reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 777ss Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Section 11 above.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 777ss is licensed and operates.

Dispute Resolution Process: If you have a complaint or dispute concerning any aspect of the 777ss Platform or Services, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a written description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally to your satisfaction, it may be escalated to formal dispute resolution procedures as set out in our dispute resolution policy.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
