To register and maintain an Account with 777ss, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
Age Verification: 777ss actively verifies the age of its users. We may request copies of your national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification at any point. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending resolution and may be permanently closed.

You are solely and wholly responsible for all activity that occurs on your 777ss Account. This responsibility is non-transferable and persists for the entire duration that your Account remains open.
All financial transactions on the 777ss platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777ss supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit to your Account within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the initiating financial institution. 777ss does not charge deposit processing fees, but your payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified personal account in your name. All accounts must complete KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Verified accounts requesting withdrawals via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are processed within three (3) business hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfers are typically processed within one (1) business day. 777ss reserves the right to request additional source of funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.
Source of Funds: 777ss may, at its discretion, request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation.
Bonus Funds: Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements and are not directly withdrawable unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Your main balance and bonus balance are displayed separately on your Account dashboard. Real money deposits are used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotional offer.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ss and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or Services.
777ss does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We provide the Platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall 777ss's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777ss Account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
Closure by You: You may close your 777ss Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining main balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.
Closure by 777ss: 777ss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you have violated these Terms and Conditions; (b) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers; (c) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; or (d) we determine that you no longer satisfy the eligibility criteria for holding an Account.
Where an Account is closed by 777ss due to a breach of these Terms, forfeiture of all balances — including real-money deposits — may be applied at our sole discretion. Where an Account is closed for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to any breach by you, your verified main balance will be returned.
777ss reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 777ss Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Section 11 above.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 777ss is licensed and operates.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally to your satisfaction, it may be escalated to formal dispute resolution procedures as set out in our dispute resolution policy.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
